The Special Ritual Riot Squad (特別祭祀機動隊, Tokubetsu Saishi Kidoutai), shortened in the anime series as STT, is a military force belonging to the Special Sword Administration Bureau of the National Police Agency. They wield the special swords known as the Okatana and have permission to use them at their own discretion. They hold a special position in government service, and a lot of them are females that haven't yet reached adulthood. Special Ritual Riot Squad is the official name of the troop, but it's commonly called simply "The Toji", and sometimes, with a certain degree of affection, "Miss Toji".
