Saaya Koike (小池 彩矢,Koike Sa'aya) is a third year high school student of Heijou Institute. Saaya studies the detection, guidance, and behavioral prediction in dealing with Aradama. She is a person with an overflowing sense of justice, and is originally a Toji who handles the duties of the Special Ritual Riot Squad with ease. At the present, she has already returned her okatana, and has decided to pursue a path towards general office work. She is currently being transferred into the police organization as an intern.[1]
